PINCH was founded in 2021 with a visionary concept: to transform the cleaning and property management industry through a seamless, app-based solution. Launched in Charleston, South Carolina, our platform was designed to connect multifamily communities with high-quality cleaning services by leveraging local, professional home cleaning teams. 2022
Southeast Expansion
Building on our initial success, PINCH expanded its reach throughout the Southeast in 2022. This growth phase was characterized by strategic partnerships and the enhancement of our technological infrastructure, which allowed us to serve more communities and increase the scope of our operations. 2023
Focused Execution in the Multifamily Sector

Launch of Training and Partnership Platform
In 2024, PINCH made a strategic shift that fundamentally altered our approach within the multifamily industry. Moving beyond the traditional method of impacting one community at a time, we implemented a nationwide network through our vendor consolidation model. This pivotal change allowed us to deliver transformative benefits not just to individual communities, but across entire property management companies.
By streamlining the management of one of the largest expenses on their books—cleaning services—we enabled uniform quality and cost efficiency across all properties under management. This approach significantly enhanced operational efficiencies and opened up new possibilities for property management companies to focus more strategically on resident satisfaction and business expansion. This evolution in our business model marked a major milestone in our history, setting a new standard in the industry for managing cleaning resources across a property management company’s portfolio.
2025
Commercial Cleaning Expansion
In 2025, PINCH doubled down on execution—breaking records week after week across multifamily and student housing—while officially expanding into the commercial janitorial space. Building on the momentum of our nationwide vendor consolidation model, we proved that PINCH isn’t just a platform, it’s a movement. From college campuses to corporate offices, our cleaner network delivered consistent, professional results at scale, redefining what property managers and commercial operators expect from their cleaning vendors.
This expansion into commercial janitorial marked a bold new chapter for PINCH. We brought our same core strengths—fast execution, centralized invoicing, and scalable vendor management—to a sector long overdue for innovation. The response was immediate: fewer headaches for clients, more opportunities for cleaning partners, and operational control like never before. PINCH emerged not only as the dominant force in multifamily and student housing, but as a rising disruptor in commercial cleaning—changing the way buildings get cleaned from the ground up.

Bryan Walton
Bryan is a founding member of the PINCH team and brings with him a wealth of experience gained from over 25 years in medical device sales.
Known for his infectious enthusiasm and positivity, Bryan has rightfully earned the nickname of CCO (Chief Cheer-leading Officer) among his colleagues.
His exceptional communication skills and vibrant energy make him an effective Capital Advisor and Customer Liaison.
Bryan resides in Isle of Palms, SC, where he enjoys life with his wife Emily and their two sons.

Neal McCarty
Neal is the steadfast backbone of PINCH, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Known for his kindness and memorable southern drawl, Neal is universally admired for his dedication and hard work.
With over 20 years of experience in Real Estate, he firmly believes that PINCH is a "must-have" and a game-changer Property Management Executives interested in creating operational efficiencies across their entire portfolio.
Neal calls Charleston, SC, his home with his wife Jenni and two step children.

Greg Sack
Greg is a seasoned entrepreneur with a notable track record, including the successful sale of an ecommerce business to FedEx in 2014.
He also owns a property management company, giving him deep insights into the industry challenges PINCH aims to solve.
Greg leads product execution, customer experience, and marketing strategies to expand the brand’s reach.
He resides in Tampa, FL, with his wife and four children, where he is an integral part of both his family and business communities.

Dennis Hamilton
Dennis is often referred to as the strategic compass of PINCH, bringing a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail to his role.
With over 30 years in the business, including leading multiple M&A transactions from both sides of the table, Dennis is instrumental in setting the company's strategy and ensuring that all tasks and teams are aligned.
Despite his 'gray hair guy' nickname, Dennis keeps a youthful energy in all his endeavors. He resides in Charleston, SC, with his wife Leia and their three children.

Chris Rampey
Chris, a co-founder of PINCH, conceived the company on a warm summer evening in 2019 while brainstorming in his backyard.
Today, he oversees recruiting service providers, managing financials, and supports job management, sales, and marketing.
A 1991 Citadel graduate with 30 years of sales management experience, Chris lives in Charleston with his wife Rion and their two children.

Federico Lara
Federico is deeply embedded in the developer and startup community. With a rich history in technology, including roles at New Relic, Inc., and as former CTO of FedEx Cross Border, he brings critical expertise to PINCH.
Federico has also collaborated with teams at IBM Websphere and Coca-Cola. A graduate of Berklee College of Music with studies at Harvard Extension School, he lives in Greenwich, CT.

Sara Coen
Sara brings over a decade of experience in commercial cleaning and leads the growth of PINCH’s commercial cleaning sector.
She has a proven track record of building long-term client partnerships and creating scalable solutions that deliver results.
Based in Tampa, she enjoys spending time with her two kids and is deeply committed to giving back through local nonprofits and her church.

Matt Hobbs
Matt is the driving force behind business growth at PINCH, serving as the Director of Business Development with a dynamic blend of strategic vision and hands-on leadership.
With 16 years of experience in guiding high-performing sales teams, Matt has a proven track record of turning opportunities into long-term success.
His energy, insight, and people-first approach make him a trusted leader across the organization. He resides in Wichita, KS, with his wife Stacey and their five children.

Mike Cuite
Mike brings valuable experience from his years in property management, where he supported onsite teams and gained firsthand insight into the day-to-day challenges of multifamily communities.
His background as a community manager allows him to build strong relationships and deliver practical solutions that help communities operate more efficiently.

Jessica has over six years of experience in B2B marketing specializing in technology, automation, and artificial intelligence.

Currently, she leads the marketing department at PINCH, focusing on enhancing digital presence, elevating brand positioning, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients and providers.

Renzo Portocarrero

As VP of Engineering at PINCH, he drives scalable technology strategies, builds high-performing teams, and champions customer-focused innovation.
Originally from Peru and based in Lima, Renzo has built a reputation for combining technical expertise with a collaborative and forward-thinking mindset.
He is also a proud father of two, balancing his passion for technology with a deep commitment to family life.

Fernando Castillo
Fernando has over 12 years of experience in customer service, where he developed his skills in effective and assertive communication.
Currently, he works in the operations department, efficiently managing client requests and ensuring smooth processes. Based in Lima, Peru, Fernando continues to advance his professional career.

Ana Shwkyng
Ana is the Financial Controller at PINCH, based in Bogotá, Colombia, with over 20 years of experience in financial management across multiple industries.
She oversees billing, payments, collections, and reporting—driving efficiency, automation, and strong cash flow. Outside of work, Ana enjoys fitness, travel, and spending quality time with her family.

Diana Salazar
Diana Salazar is a Product Manager at PINCH, driving the evolution of our tech products with expertise in visual design, virtual learning, and agile project management.
Formerly with FedEx Cross Border, she has a strong track record of building impactful solutions. Based in Latin America, Diana is also the co-founder of Geek Girls LatAm, where she champions women in STEM. A new mom, she values the flexibility and support her role at PINCH provides.

Carlos Salvatierra
Carlos is a Backend Software Engineer at PINCH with deep expertise in building scalable systems using Python, Golang, and open-source technologies.
With a strong background in software architecture and databases, he now focuses on AI and data analytics to drive intelligent automation across the platform.
He’s passionate about using tech to streamline decision-making and improve performance at scale.

Brendan Heegan

As a founder and CEO himself, his passion for people and process brings deep experience in building sustainable, employee-first companies. Brendan is entrepreneurial at heart and always focused on finding simple, effective solutions that drive real impact.
He splits his time between New York and Las Vegas, and enjoys motorcycles, dogs, golf, snowboarding, and whatever next adventure comes his way.

Rommel Samanez
Rommel is a Senior Software Engineer at PINCH with over 20 years of experience in software development, infrastructure, and cloud engineering.
He’s passionate about building scalable systems and innovative tools that power platform reliability and growth. Before PINCH, he led engineering efforts at New Relic, Wigilabs, and FedEx Cross Border.
Outside of work, Rommel enjoys spending time with his family and exploring new technologies.

Imanol Mena
Imanol is a Frontend Developer based in Peru, specializing in building modern web pages and applications with Wix Studio, React, and New Relic.
With over four years of experience and additional backend expertise in NestJS and Node.js/Express, he enjoys turning complex ideas into clean, intuitive digital experiences.
Outside of work, he stays active at the gym, relaxes with cats, and loves diving into paranormal and sci-fi series.

Michael Allen

With years of industry experience, he has developed a strong foundation in client engagement, operational coordination, and service delivery. Brandon places a high value on relationship building, ensuring that clients receive attentive support and solutions tailored to their unique needs.
He is based just outside Washington DC, where he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing and watching sports.

Dylan Tyler
Dylan is a National Account Executive at PINCH with eight years in the janitorial space and six years in sales and account management. Dylan brings a unique combination of field experience and client partnership skills to his role.
He specializes in supporting service providers, strengthening vendor networks, and ensuring clients receive dependable, scalable solutions across multiple markets. Jonathan Márquez is a UI/UX Designer at PINCH, where he focuses on creating and improving all digital products. He serves as a bridge between technology, the business, and the end user, delivering functional design and research to ensure that every digital product not only works correctly but is also intuitive and easy to use.

Zeke Rogen
Zeke brings a strategic, relationship-focused approach to PINCH, supported by experience in real estate, enterprise business development, and national account management.
With early roots at Keller Williams and later roles at Oracle and Salesforce, he developed strong skills in client engagement, pipeline growth, and complex deal management.
