However, each company we work with are responsible for their own teams. PINCH does not provide customer service for these teams. Rather, PINCH is a resource for brokering new teams. All service related questions/concerns are communicated directly to the team lead or owner of the cleaning company assigned. If that team is unable to meet the quality expectations of the community, PINCH may be contacted to find a replacement team.

Although we have flexibility in our billing/invoicing processes, our standard invoicing process is to bill the day after a job is completed.
